Our mailing services are designed to reach a target audience as effectively and quickly as possible, while ensuring efficiency, cost savings and reliability.
Our clients have numerous mailing service requirements. Some know exactly what they need, while others have an overall plan but are not sure how best to execute it. This is where our mailing service can help achieve the results they are looking for. We frequently inventory our clients’ printed materials and prepare and send them according to their unique schedules.
Of course, the design and content of what is being mailed is decided before a job is printed, but if post office requirements are not met, a job will not reach the target to which it is intended. For this reason, we collaborate closely with both the client and the post office to determine the physical and database parameters of each job to be mailed. Many clients supply their own databases, but we can provide mailing lists for those who do not. We frequently inventory client materials, and handle fulfillment according to their specific mailing campaigns.

Many clients supply their own artwork while others depend on us to create it for them – either way is fine with us. Our pre-press and design departments keep up-to-date with Macintosh and PC graphics software, and will assist you as needed. Our design staff can work with you on your printing and promotional needs, following your lead or suggesting additional ways to make your materials even better.
As beautiful as client-submitted art may be, it sometimes doesn’t translate to a successfully printed product, such as when art isn’t created to final trim size or a photo is low res and will reproduce poorly. In order to keep a job on track, we do our best to communicate what may need to be changed or adjusted in order that a job meets expectations. While this can be frustrating for clients, it’s our responsibility to deliver every job as expected – efficiently, economically and effectively.
